I lived in this place for over 6 years. When I first moved in it was a great place to live, the complex was always clean, no trash everywhere and no one just hanging out on the steps being loud. We had the occasional neighbor barbecue, but all was involved upstairs and downstairs, everyone pitched in and we had a great time, but no problems.

I have never seen the Bedford police so busy as they are with the Courts of Bedford, they have gone to the dogs literally. I recently received a bill from when I moved out and they are expecting me to pay out the wazoo for things that don't even exist. The management company will be hearing from me, you can bet on that.

I agree with the person that was concerned over the whole for the attic, I had a leak in one of my bathrooms, they cut a hole in the ceiling and covered it with a plastic bag and never bothered coming back by to fix it. As for the rats, I had to go out and by rodent traps to put in my apartment and caught 6 large rodents before I left this infested place.

They will be reported and I guarantee that I will not be recommending anyone to move in there and or even do a drive by.

The management has changed about 8 times since the first day that I moved in and no one knows what the heck they are doing. Both pools are always dirty and the tennis courts have no net and haven't had one for quite a few years and they wonder why when they try to do something for the holidays that no one participates. If they do they are out of their minds.

OH I KNOW EXACTLY WTF YOU MEAN...THERE IS TRASH EVERY WHERE AND IT IS SO HORRIBLE...THE MANGT SUCKS REAL BAD..AND YOU WANNA TALK ABOUT THE DRUG DEALING THAT GOES ALONG WITH THIS PLACE IS FREAKON NUTS..ITS A DAMN SHAME THAT I HAVE TO LIVE HERE ANOTHER 11 MONTHS OF THIS PURE GHETTO...ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS ARE DRUG DEALERS, AND DRUNKS, AND HAVE THOSE GHETTO A$$ PEOPLE JUST SITTING ON THE STEPS FOR HOURS AND HOURS ON END...YELLING ANF TRYING TO BE BAD A$$ AND CRAP..COME ON NOW...THE ONLY REASON I LET THAT CRAP GO ON IS CUZ IO DONT WANT THEM TO MESS WITH MY CAR...THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH 560 IN RENT FOR A GHETTO ONE BEDRM APT THAT LEAKS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND HAS ROACHES EVERY WHERE..THAT IS JUST INSANE...I CANT WAIT TO MY LEASE IS UP IM GETTING OUT...ASAP... OH YEAH NOT TO MENTION THAT WHEN I WENT IN TO PAY MY RENT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER THERE LIKE..SO HOW MUCH ARE YOU PAYING ETC...WTF..THEY DIDNT EVEN MARK IT DOWN ON PAPER THAT I PAID MY RENT ETC..SO...THEY JUST NEED TO BULL DOZE THIS PLACE DOWN..IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO LIVE HERE...AND YES THE COPS ARE HERE AT NIGHT...I SEE THEM WHEN I WALK MY DOG AND THEY THINK THAT IM SOME GHETTO TRASH OR SOMETHING...I GUESS YOU HAVE TO BE TO LIVE AT THIS JOINT...AND ALSO MY NEIGHBORS THAT DRINK ALL THE TIME THERE ARE BEER BOTTLES EVERY WHERE AND ITS JUST SO NASTY..YOU THINK WITH ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY ARE MAKING OFF OF US THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO HIRE DECENT STAFF AND ALSO TRY TO FIX THE DAMN POT HOLES IN THE DRIVEWAY... GEEZ!!!!!!!! I WILL BE DEFINATELY POSTING UP HERE AGAIN!!!! OH YEAH,..THEY HAVE AGGRESSIVE DOG BREEDS TO..LIKE PITS..ETC.. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!
