I've been here for several months now, and this place is really pathetic. When I first came here, the office was really helpful and worked with me. It was incredibly deceiving. Since I've moved in, they haven't given me a copy of my lease, made up late charges (somehow I owe them over $400 in late charges, but I pay my rent on time), my A/C has gone out twice, there are bugs EVERYWHERE and I'm a clean person. The walls are paper thin, too; I have several holes from just accidentally bumping the wall and they are about as thick as cardboard. There are also no doorstops; so, of course, I've got doorknob holes, too. And, I know this is something I'll be charged for when it's not my fault to begin with. The paint is peeling because they didn't prime the walls. The doorways are coming apart, and the covers for the electrical outlets were never put on right, so they came right off. My air vents have black mold coming out of them, too. Which is disgusting, and I'm always coughing because of it. Another thing! The carpet has all these black stains on it, and after watching the maintenance prepare carpet for another apartment, I know why. They lay the carpet face down on the street and walk all over it. I even have pictures; I'll upload them if I get a chance to. And, now, they are making up these crazy rules. You can't have anything on your patio or in your entry way. God! What's wrong with being original' Also, there is not enough lights or ceiling fans in here, and the windows are only on one side and aren't even that big. And, some of the outlets don't work. The phone jack didn't work. My washer connection leaks. There are shelves missing from the kitchen cabinets, and if you look under them, it's a bunch of empty space. In fact, you could stick your hand under all the cabinets. The tiles are peeling right off because they were cheap stick-on tile. The bathtub is peeling, too. That's pretty gross; I hate trying to shower and coming out with white junk on me. They never replaced my air filter, and the new note recently said we are required to get them ourselves once a month. Well, there's never anyone in the office anyway, and I wish they could've at least replaced it themselves before I moved in.
Also, if you're looking for a decent neighborhood, this isn't one. All you get around here is a trashy car dealership, and some fast food joints. There are no trees around here, trash is scattered everywhere.
I could probably go on and on, but I've actually gotta find a new place to live. This place has been a nightmare for me.

HEY I KNOW WHAT EXACTLY YOU MEAN..THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE DUMP AND I FREAKON MEAN DUMP!!!! IVE BEEN HERE A FEW MONTHS TO, AND LET ME TELL YOU...HOW IN THE WORLD AM I GOING TO BE GETTING ALL THESE DAMN FINES, AND THE TRASHY A$$ NEIGHBORS AROUND ME (AND U) GET AWAY WITH SHIZNIT? I JUST DONT GET IT....OH WAIT I DO NOW...THEY BELONG WITH THE FORT WORTH ZOO...IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN...LMFAO....LET ME TELL YOU..I CANT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS OVER, AND I AM SO GOING TO MOVE THE HECK OUTTA HERE...I SHOULDVE WENT WITH THE REVIEWS BEFORE...DONT MOVE HERE...THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE....OH YES I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN WITH THE OUTLETS, TILE, LEAKS, AND WASHING MACHINE LEAKING AND YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THAT WITH THE WASHING MACHINE LEAKING LIKE THAT...OMG..WHEN I WALK IN MY KITCHEN AREA RIGHT BY THAT GHETTO A$$ 1975 MODEL OF A SMALL WASHING MACHINE...IM JUST WAITING FOR MY FREAKON KITCHEN FLOOR TO CAVE IN...OH MAN...HEY I HOPE AND PRAY IT WILL CUZ THAT WILL GET ME OUTTA MY LEASE FASTER...YES WITH THE OUTLETS NOT WORKING--OH MAN I HAVE LIKE MAYBE OUTTA TEN MILLION OUTLETS MAYBE THREE OF THEM I FOUND HAVE BEEN WORKING....THAT IS A JOKE, AND YES THEY DO COME OFF TO..MY ONE IN MY BEDROOM (THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS) IS COMING APART...IM AFRAID THAT I MIGHT GET ELECTRIC SHOCKED OR SOMETHING...AND BESIDES THAT...I THOUGHT THAT I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAD BUGS PROBLEM...OMG...I HAD PEST CONTROL COME OUT THERE LIKE NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE THESE ROACHES AND LITTLE BUGS PROBLEM "BAD"---ITS DISGUSTING...IM A CLEAN PERSON TO...THEY ARE IN MY DRAWERS WITH MY SILVERWARE IS AND YUCK I SEE THEM CRAWING OUT OF THE DRAWER AS I OPEN IT UP...GROSS...AND BESIDES THAT, I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT MY FREAKON DISHWASHER DOESNT EVEN WORK AT ALL...I MEAN IT DOES BUT IT BACKS UP INTO THE SINK AND ALL THIS CRUSTY CRAP COMES UP...GROSS...THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE IN MY LIFE THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN THE WORLD...GOD....SORRY I WASNT RAISED IN THE GHETTO, AND YEAH YOU GET WTF YOU PAID FOR...NOTHING.....IM GLAD I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SAVE UP MONEY SO I CAN GET THE HECK OUTTA HERE WHEN MY LEASE IS UP..AND I WOULDNT SIGN IT FOR THE LIFE OF ME....SHEESH..AND YES I KNOW WTF YOU MEAN BY THE RUG THING..I WAS DRIVING OUT TO GO TO WORK BY THE FRONT LEFT SIDE AND I SAW THE RUG LIKE THAT TO....PATHETIC PEOPLE...(I COULD SAY OTHER WISE ON HERE, BUT ILL SAVE THAT FOR WHEN MY LEASE IS UP..HAHA)!!!!!
