I agree my lease is up soon and I can hardly wait to move. I have a neighbor who leaves beer bottles in front of my door, has about twenty guys over there at any given time running up and down our already shaky stairs. I called to report trash that had been on her porch for over 2 weeks and they didn't do anything there are gnats and roaches all over it. Now we also have to get parking stickers I HAVE TWO F-ING CARS they won't give me a tag for one one per resident they said. I try calling to ask questions about my apartment and they never call me back. I'm paying for an upgraded unit and I dont have the crown molding or the accent wall that I PAID for. AT first they were nice, the main reason I rented here was because the kitchen are is nice for my computer desk, there's enough room. But when my washing machine started spewing water because they "fixed it" and my kitchen was two inches under. They did not return my emergency maintenance calls for an hour , I had to clean it up. Then they go oops there's something else wrong with it and got me a new washer that doesnt even flipping fit in it's washer hole. Deffinetly not worth 575 a month. maybe 300 a month tops. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU NEED A DRUG DEALER OR KIDS BANGING ON YOUR DOOR ASKING FOR MONEY.

LMFAO...HELL YEAH, THE MANGT IS A BUNCH OF WORTHLESS SCALLEY WAGS FOR REAL!!! THA PLACE IS A DUMP AND NEEDS TO BE BULL DOZED DOWN!!! I COULD EVEN CARELESS IF MY APT BURNED DOWN!!!! DONT EVEN TRY CALLING THAT OFFICE OR EMERGENCY MAINETENCE EMERGENCY NUMBER, IT IS NOT EVEN WORTH THE HASSLE!!! SERIOUSLY, THIS PLACE IS A DUMP, AND HELL YEAH THERE IS ALOT OF DRUG DEALING GOING ON, AND AS SOON AS I LEAVE I AM GOING TO CALL THE NARKS AND LET THEM KNOW AND SHOW THEM THE SPOTS!!!! HAHAHAHA, LMFAO!!! YEAH, MY WASHER SCREWED UP LAST FEW WEEKENDS AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS, SO MONDAY MORNING CAME AND I WALKED MY A$$ IN THE OFFICE AND I DEMANDED THAT I WANTED MY WASHER FIXED THEN AND THERE, I CALLED FIRST AND WAITED FOR THIRTY MINS, AND I SAID SCREW IT CUZ I SAW THE "NASTY DIRTY -------" F"KN OFF, AND I SAID NOT ON MY DIME, YOUR GONNA FIX MY CRAP THAT BREAK, AND HERE IS WHERE YOUR WASHER COMES INTO PLACE, I LEFT A MESSAGE SUNDAY TELLING THAT MY WASHER WAS FULL OF WATER AND OVERFLOWING, ETC, SO THEN THAT TUESDAY THEY WERE GOING TO SWITCH OUT MY WASHER WITH I BET THE ONE THAT YOU HAVE, ITS A BIG WHITE ONE THAT DOESNT EVEN FIT IN THAT JAMMED UP LITTLE ROACH INFESTED AREA!!! MY WASHER LEAKS SOMEWHERE BADLY CUZ I CAN HERE IT, AND THE FLOOR IS GETTING WARPED, I HOPE I FALL THRU ANYTIME SOON SO I CAN GET OUT OF MY LEASE!!!! PEOPLE THERE ARE ONE OF THE TRASHY A$$ PLACES I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.=, ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE DRINKING AND BEER BOTTLES EVERY WHERE AND EVEN DOG CRAP TO...CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES, SERIOUSLY KEEP YOUR TRASH INSIDE YOUR ROACH INFESTED PLACE, NOT OUTSIDE IT STINKS REAL BAD!!!! THE BUGS ARE HORRIBLE IN THIS DUMP TO!!!! IM COUNTING DOWNTHE DAYS TILL MYLEASE IS UP, AND ANOTHER THING, THOSE PARKING STICKERS ARE A JOKE!!!!! OH YEAH WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER UGLY LEASING GIRL THAT GOT REPLACED BY THE DUMB ONE??? I THINK IT WAS BECAUSE SHE WAS F"KN EVERYONE ONSITE!!! MAKES YOU WONDER WHY YOU SEE YOUR OWN APT AGENT DRIVING AROUND AT 2 OR HELL EVEN 3 AM !!!! GO FIGURE!!!!!!!
