I have gone without an air conditioner for long enough. I called to complain about my breaker box sparking from the wall and I was told someone would be out soon. They still have not shown up. The grounds are nothing but dirt. The laundry mat is dirty and the appliances work occasionally! Charlotte, the manager, is unsympathetic. I spoke with Andrea on the 15th of October, I spoke with her again on the 17th of October, and I spoke with Charlotte today with the same result!! NOTHING!!! I have a four year old son and a mother with pneumonia. These conditions are uninhabitable! ! ! They had the nerve to put a lease renewal agreement on my door...PLEASE!
