We live in the big 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor. Right now the floor is cracking or something in several places. Our computer chair won't roll over a few spots due to the cracking. The a/c and heating bills are HIGH. I mean in the $300 for the summer and even in the winter it ran about $215.
I hear the management is being bought out by the company who manages Oak Creek Apts next door and they have a bad reputation. Maint is quick but I hear they are not staying on with the new management. The rent is cheap, or it was, but I think it is about to go up. Noise is not bad at all. Parking sucks for us. If we did not have 2 cars we would never use or covered spot. The street is closer.
