The manager lady- the one with the curly hair, she is a -----.
She will be nice to you until you move in, then will deny maintenance requests because she thinks you are just teenage vandals or something.
On the 3rd night our fan fell out of the ceiling, and we called in the morning- she said "no mam, ceiling fans do not fall out of ceilings. we will not be replacing it." The whole time sounding as condescending as she possibly could. What were we supposed to have been doing' Hanging from it' Then our dishwasher broke, she said it was fine when she went on the walk through, and we must have done something to it. It took a month of calling every day until finally I got someone else who sent in the request. She was promptly fired.
We walked as quietly as we could cuz our neighbors were being bothered by the noise, but even when we tiptoed as lightly as we could it still sounded like we were stomping. I went downstairs and listened to it- it's impossible to be quiet
Our electric bills were awful. Our bills were around 300-400 a month and in our new place- a 3 bedroom, it is only 150 a month.
You can do so much better for the money.
