When I arrived on site in May, it was evident that the property had been poorly managed. As all of my residents know, I have had A LOT of people move for the reasons stated in the complaints below. We have worked tirelessly to clean up the property in everyway and are pleased at the results!
I get compliments and thank yous everyday for the work we've done, and we will continue to do so!
It's important to me that my residents report any problems that they may still have.

there was a manager a couple of years ago that came in and got everything cleaned up. she was always there when or if I needed anything.
I recall attending a residental meeting where the security man happend to be a local police officer.
Things went down hill after she left.
