Management staff is great. Easy access to 183/121. Assigned covered parking; Water included w/rent. Maintenance staff is high turnover and not very well professioned. Small complex with less than 200 units that will allow less traffic throughout complex. Only one entrance and exit and residents are seemly less considerate of speed even though complex has speed bumps. Postal man has been servicing this complex for years has a GREAT repoire with personally knowing all residents. Lots of cats in the complex. Landscape is very neatly kept. Beware of scratching in the walls, not sure if pest control is needed for rodents.
