A resident in the next building played his stereo so loud the entire building shook. The first maintenance man was drunk during work and the manager ignored it. The next maintenance man weighed 400 lbs. (literally) and was a heart attack waiting to happen. The last maintenance man sat in the office all day. Rats and squirrels in the walls and ceilings. A squirrel died in my ceiling so I smelled decaying squirrel for years. When I left, the complex was in the middle of a lawsuit with an elderly resident who had been held-up at gun point in the parking lot. Several months earlier a resident}s boyfriend set her car on fire and broke EVERY tenant}s auto antenna. The apartments are right on a major highway and all the buildings shake and vibrate 24 hours a day from horrendous traffic. My upstairs neighbor partied at 2 a.m. and the manager said I was being }too judgmental} and was }tired of hearing me complain.} The courtesy officer was rude and hostile and would not return calls. One of the ladies in the office said she didn}t know why they paid the }courtesy} officer because she did NOTHING. There is ZERO security so teenagers and vandals would drive by all the time, jump the fences, party and trash the pool areas and leave. There was a creepy man who would walk around the property at 4 a.m. and stand in front of the buildings. The manager said }Oh, he won}t hurt anyone!} The tenants are very trashy and this management company owns a few other low rent properties. The apartments are built cheap. RUN (DON}T WALK) AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER.

I guess these apartments took a turn for the good then, because I have not seen any of this or felt any thing of which you speak.

you know what? I have lived here for over a month and haven't seen or smelled 'dead squirrels'...sounds like YOU just had a case of bad luck, not everyone will go through those same things you did. if you had a dead squirrel in your apt, why did you choose to live there for years? you can also call the bedford animal control if the office is refusing to correct that problem.
