My wife and I lived at this complex for years and I wonder if some of the previous posts were written by management. This complex is anything but quiet and secluded. It is right off Highway 121 where anyone could do a drive-by shooting from the access road and you would never know who did it. Just check it out for yourself. It is sandwiched between an office park and next to a Taco Bell. We would hear customers giving their orders all day and all night. Taco Bell customers would walk through the broken fence and wander the complex. We experienced incredibly unprofessional management. Dog poop is everywhere. We could never rest or sleep from the roar of highway traffic.

this resident was just in the wrong building...u get a choice most of the time as to which location is th for you...our apartmnet is very quiet..I do not hear the traffic at all ..when the windows are open , you barely hear the highway, in fact you have to concentrate to hear it....Now the buildings in the very front by the highway and the taco bell....yes it would be impossible for the noise to not be there...come on - Use your common sense, what an idiot.

I agree with verygreatful...how do you live in an apartment for 6 YEARS if you're unhappy with location and managment! Obviously anonymous thought it was a nice place for a long time. It's as quiet and peaceful as you can get with having great access to the highway and DFW airport.

I don't know what planet these people are living on, but we lived at the back of the property and the noise was horrible: both the traffic noise and the noise from other tenants. Before we finally got out of there, two cars had run off the highway and crashed into the property. We had enough.

Yeah, we all know sneaky management posts on these. I mean, come on, a 5 rating with NO problems. I dont think so.

HEY IDIOTS!!! Apartment living is apartment living... if you want to be secluded and away from traffic and business parks... buy a HOUSE!!! Let me know when you find "that perfect" apartment community. How can you blame HWY 121 traffic on the apartment complex?

what do you expect when the apartments front on a highway, did YOU not NOTICE that there is a hwy there? You must have seen it when you drove in, DUH !! Some noise from other tenets, you cannot control !!It's an APARTMENT for goodness sakes. Why DID you stay 6 years if itr was so bad?

I think this post is suspicious. I have never any problems at this complex and Ive lived here 3 years. Any time I have ever had a problem maintenance has been here very quick, the management is very understanding about late rent, and the crime is very low compared to most complex. Example: Meadows of Bedford ord the woods of Bedford. If you don't believe me go check public records on that. Yes there was a truck that caught fire due to mechanical error and my 350z was right next to it. Management not only were quick to inform the police of where I stayed ,but also called me personally to check on me. All in all the apartments are a little over-priced ,but for how well this place is maintained you can't complain.
