THANK YOU for making my experience at Harwood Hills one that I will ALWAYS remember!!! Having worked in the apartment industry I have to tell you from an insiders viewpoint. You will not find a company that is as dedicated & given to detail as Sabre Realty. It is not uncommon to find the manager herself picking up trash or walking the property to make sure all of the lights are working. She knows every car in the parking lot & every person who lives here.Assigned parking really means assigned.They take care of any complaint immediatly after it is placed.
The landscaping is carefully attended.The trees are outstanding. There are beautiful flowers year round. The pool is always clean.I have watched even the office staff clean leaves from the pool.
I love the pool furniture. It's actually new & clean. It really makes you feel good that someone values & cares about you enough as a resident to go the extra mile.I mention this because in most apartments you just do not see the level of dedication to perfection as you do here at Harwood Hills.The maintenance has always been very effecient & friendly.NO complaints only thanks for the job well done.
I would recommend Harwood Hills to anyone who really cares where they live & is looking to make there apartment there home for however short or long that might be.
P.S You will love the Christmas lights when you drive in at night.
