I lived in Harwood Hills from March 2004 until December 2007. I would still be there if my job had not changed to a different part of the metroplex. I did not have any problems while living there. Pat, Sandy and Leon took care of the rare issue that came up. Pat was very respectful of my work schedule as I am a day sleeper. An example of that is when some concrete work had to be done. She scheduled the work when I was out of town so the jackhammer would not disturb my sleep. The property was kept litter free by the maintainance men. My visitors would always comment on how well maintained the complex was. I did not really have any inside maintainance problems. The utilities were reasonable and there was always plenty of hot water. I had good neighbors that were friendly. Traffic is a problem the closer you get to the airport. That is the only problem I ever had. I miss living there.
