I loved the 2 years I spent living at Harwood Hills. The management is great. They are very understanding of a lot of issues. For example, late rent, they are really cool about being late...so long as it's not often. The late fee for late rent is really low in comparison to other places. Maintenance is always right on top of things. If you have a problem with anything, they'll be there in a day tops. The complex is surprisinly quiet. I thought it would be loud with the highway right next to it, but it's no problem at all. Neighbors are great. I've been lucky enough to never have issues hearing my neighbors. Parking is covered and assigned...and FREE!! The Grounds are always clean. Management is very pet friendly. My dog loved the dog park!!
