First of all, residents are forced to pay water by some system that they call fair. I know that my four year old and I do not use 40 bucks worth of water each month. I moved from a very large home with a pool and never did I see a water bill that high.
My neighbors across the hall fought all the time and threw beer bottles on the walkways and a Cuervo bottle in the bushes. The tail light on my car was busted out from one drunken partygoer.
The floors and cabinets have water damage and the floors sink when you walk on them. I don't encourage this property. Not unless you just have money to throw away.
