This place was horrid--I only stayed cause I had no choice. From the first month I moved in for a whole year later, I had recurring leaks in my roof. I had to call the office 2-3 times a month to get them to try to fix it, always getting the excuse "we're waiting for the roofing company."
I've also had to listen to loud thumping music every single night, put up with neighbors that let their dogs run around without leashes, and animal waste right in front of my steps. The doors don't seal correctly so I constantly have a breeze. The pest control company sprays the apartment in 5 minutes--I was home to see this. How thorough can that be' There is a lack of storage space and not even room to put a trash can in the kitchen--it has to be put in the dining room.
Overall, I would not recommend this complex.
