When I my husband and I first moved in, it wasn't much to look at but the rent was reasonable. We lived there 1yr and 7mo and for the most part enjoyed it. Loud neighbors are just something you have to deal with time to time when you choose to live in an apartment. Maybe i'm biest because my nieghbors were very polite good people. There are always going to be jerks out there, but that's to be expected when you live in such close quaters with a diverse group of people. Also, I never worried about my car. I never had it keyed or broken into. The only thing was a kid was crying on my car one morning at 2am.....other than that. No one ever touched my car. I thought the staff were very friendly. Always quick to help. We would share our care pakages from home with them. A little kindness can go a long way. The only noise was the occasional loud music, fire trucks racing by, and people stomping up the stairs. All in all, i would definitly recommend this apt.
