Parking is the pits if you arrive after 7pm. If you get home before 7pm don't leave unless you want to park 2 bldgs away.

If you pay for covered/reserved parking, and find someone in it forget them towing, or the security even calling you back about it you'll just need to park elsewhere till. Pretty much have no reason for paying for it if they don't enforce towing.

The plumbing fixtures are older and the toliets seem to back up alot and run on their own... The water pipes contain air and gurgle all night.

You don't want someone living above you, you will hear and sometimes feel every foot step.

The electricity surges sometimes so have your electronics on CPU or ground default protectors otherwise you'll be buying new equipment.

No fan/ceiling lights. You will need lamps, and the electrical outlets are limited.

Carpets will appear clean... then all the sudden spots start to occur, if they spot clean, seems to make them come back worse.

Windows not insulated so expect cold air coming from them during colder months.

But hey! the Rent rate is reasonable, and it's great having the Washer and Dryer, microwave vent-a-hood, and icemaker, included. Plus most neighbors aren't visible if you want privacy/anonomity.
