Could This Place Be State Funded Housing For Mental Patients'

Is everyone totally loosing it and having a complete meltdown' Or is it the DFW area in general' Just wondering.... At any rate, I have observed some strange behavior here as well as other DFW apartments I have lived at. I have about decided that all people living in the State of Texas(native or not) are just very rude, self-centered, inconsiderate of others, impatient, of a very low IQ(ignorant), emotionally disturbed, and mentally ill. Could this be evidence of Texas hillbilly inbreeding'
Let's see, where to begin... Well first of all, some of the people here at this complex just wander around during the day and at night like they are off their meds or something. I really don't think they have a clue what they are doing. And woe to you if you need be out after dark because the property lighting here is minimal at best when it is working and very dark the rest of the time. Be sure to carry a flashlight so you can see the snakes and some sort of spray or weapon to use to fend off the dog attacks. The hillbillies/retards living here will just open their front doors and turn their dogs loose on you. I don't think these people know what a dog leash is, much less know how to use one. I feel like I'm surrounded by morons here.
And then there are the numerous police foot chases on the property accompanied by the ambulance, fire trucks, and finally the old hurst lurking around and parked in the parking lot. And then there are the NASCAR wannabes out working on their cars/trucks, roaring the engines, blaring their boom boxes, and racing around the parking lot.
No need to call management. They claim their hands are tied and they are powerless to do anything but tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
Oh, I almost forgot about the bizarre/insane parking habits here. I will never understand why these people park so close to the passenger side of my car that they can barely get their 300 pound self out of their vehicle. Especially when they do this while the parking lot is wide open with parking spaces everywhere. They must think they are thinner than what they really are. Or maybe they enjoy the challenge or just like doing things the hard way. Oh well, at least it has no impact on me since it's always on my passenger side. And my car already has so many dings that nobody will ever notice if one more is added.
However, I must say that Bedford has been the best place I have lived while in DFW over the past several years. That's not saying much, but I have to give credit where credit is due.
