After several years and many management companies, I couldn't wait to move out.
You'll agree after you've lived there any amount of time. Sofas in the dumpsters,
two boilers for hot water go out once or twice a month for a day or so at a time,
garbage left on patios and front doors, loud ghetto music at night are just a few
of the low-lights of this complex. Section 8 apartments are located on both
opposite corners of Kensington, and their traffic back and forth to the nearby
Walmart is eerie. I wonder how long the pool will be shut down this summer.

Thanks for the honest review of this place. I'm so sick of the dumpsters always being full of sofas, and not having any hot water!
