I have been here for about a year and the management is okay but the maintence is junk. I went down to the office to get the bathtub fixture fixed but he didn't show up and I am getting fed up with here. Not only that but there are children that are playing in the streets without parent supervision and cars are zipping through out the parking lot. The parking is okay but if you are parked next to a dumpster it smells. Sometimes there a people cutting the grass with out any respect for people who park their cars under the carport because you have all of the grass shavings on it.
