There are so many problems with this complex I don't know where to begin.
Management is horrible. They keep track of how long your guests stay and send you letters about it. My boyfriend always stayed over on weekends and they said it was not allowed if he wasn't on the lease. I believe they are racist as well. My boyfriend is turkish and they told me he had to be on the lease in order to stay with me for the weekend so I tried to add him. He has a Texas license, A Residence Card, A Passport, A Social Security Card, and everything he was suppose to have. The office wanted to see his birth certificate, documents when he has come to America and left from Turkey...needless to say way more than what an office is suppose to ask for. We had a one year lease but they "asked" me to leave because we "supposedly" had too many guests. I was 23 and I did have friends over for drinks on the weekend..I don't see how that could impose such a problem that they would need to "ask" me to move out.
There is a very large bug problem. They only spray once a month (I was told they spray once a week but after I called they didn't show up until a month later after calling repeatedly).
Maint doesn't come to fix things until you have requested it about five times.
You are only allowed to park in designated parking and any quests you have are only allowed to park alongside the road.
There is always loud noise and the walls are paper thin. I could always hear my neighbors next to me. You hear EVERYTHING going on at Pennington Field. So don't plan on sleep when something is happening there because it is louder than you think.
They tow your car if you let your inspection pass for a day or two. I forget to look and see when mine is due. You are suppose to have five days into the next month to get it renewed...but they don't care.

yes, this place is bad. Management is bad. Noise is really bad. Parking sucks.
