Seems like Encore had the problems. During the eight months that I was there and the apartment complex was managed by the Hayman Company, I had no problems with management. Then Encore showed up, and THAT is when the problems started. Every single month those girls got my account screwed up. Things had been fine until Encore took over. So, tell me, which management had the "problems." So I left. I went back to my old apartment complex. My current management is fairly run-of-the-mill, but they actually have been a breath of fresh air after the Encore nightmare.

I agree totally with this response. If I had to guess, I would say that someone from managment posted the original review to start with. I seriuosly doubt a "real" resident said that. Every resident I know lost all sympathy and respect for the new managment about 4 months ago after we realized they were full of it and the old managment was not the problem.

I completely agree with these responses! The management has their thumb up their butts and gets nothing done! They are so rude and only care about getting their money. They do not care about their residents what so ever. They will let anyone move in here just as long as they get their rent and water on time. Oh and they always raise the rent when the lease is up! I am sick of this place and am completely ready to move out of here!!

I was there for 2 years when Hayman was there. From what I've read so far, I can tell little difference.
