A HUGE disappointment

This apartment complex is a huge disappointment. It is a pretty large floorplan. We loved this place, but then things went bad. A year ago the complex was sold and they brought in new management. You can never get a straight answer from anyone and they loose everything. They constantly put notes on the door that you will be evicted in seven days, but yet you paid your rent and have done absolutely nothing wrong. Also, the only person who seems to be able to get an answer is the apartment manager, who is never available. Rent has been raised tremendously. The residents are loud and blast their car stereos. Since this is an old complex you can feel the vibrations. To add to this, the apartment complex next door is a wreck. The owners decided that they wanted more and bought them out too. So instead of making the residents happy that they have; they now have double the trouble.

Don't move in unless you really like being frustrated by the way things are run, loud noise, and your rent going up by $100 a year.

Is it true that this is where the police broke up a prostitution ring ?? Inquiring minds. . .

No it was at Canabria not at Oak Creek or at Forestwood. Canabria

This information is incorrect. You can contact the Bedford Poloce Department and the Tarrant County Narcotics Division. The prostitution ring was located at Oak Creek. The information is public record and continuing to slander Cantebria can cause you to be sued.

Yes it was at Oak Creek, right across the parking lot from me. My husband, small baby and I were unfortunate enough to have moved here in April and I CANNOT wait for our lease to be up. I could go on and on about how horrible this place has turned out, but you can read others reviews for that. They did threaten to tow my car, haven't fixed anything, my friends who use to live here broke their lease bc someone tried to break into their UPSTAIRS apartment from the balcony...while she was home with her young son. They didn't fix the lighting behind their building so they moved. I am terrified of getting robbed here and very sad that my baby has to be living in such an unsafe environment. There are TONS of other complaints, I could go on all day about how disappointed I am in these apartments.
