It is sad to say this, but I LOVED it here, when I first moved in, November of 2004. New Ownership/Management has taken over....and now, sadly to say, I feel like I'm living in a Ghetto. The landscaping WAS great, the office staff WAS great. And now...the landscaping looks awful, I know they 'tried' to spruce the place up initially, however, those efforts have sadly failed. As for the office staff....I think they need to spruce up on their "people" skills....ALOT. There have only been 2 friendly individuals I have encountered. On one occasion, (a rare, occasion) I had a rent check bounce. I took care of it as soon as I was aware of it, on a particular Friday...the following Monday, an "individual" came knocking on my door, my 24 year old daughter answered the door and was confronted with: "Do you have the rent check' I'm not threatening you, but if it is not paid by tomorrow, you will be evicted." Of course, I rather quickly approached the office to verify that I had indeed, ALREADY, taken care of this...and after some searching, they located my Cashier's Check. And it was like "ooops! We are so sorry....!" ALSO, I have had a broken toilet seat that has not been adressed...for over (3) three months!!! Needless to say, I'm not renewing another lease with this "Slip-Shod" establishment.
