Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I lived at Forrestwood before the new management took over. The old management was decent to work with. However whe the property was sold and everything went to HELL. The new management is extremely incompetent and they have no clue how to handle renters and the problems that might arise. It would take a minimum of 3 weeks for them to complete any work orders. The pool outside the building that I lived in was awful!!! You could not see the bottom and it was closed all summer of 2007.
