I pay my rent on time. I dont have people come over. I never complain. I call them for nothing. But the one time I do, and for a very good reason, I am told they can not help me till tomorrow. My air conditioner is broke. The thermostat is as far pass 95 as it can be. And they cant help me cause of a storm coming... give me a break. Then I was told it didnt matter cause the guy had left anyway. It was 6:30 when I called. Im sorry I work normal business hours and I didnt make it back home before your maintanece man had left. It SPRINKLED for all of 10 minutes. Not a down pour or anything. These people shut the hot water off all the time. Not once have I received any kind of warning on my door, like previous apartments had the time and respect enough for its residence to do so. Other apartments I lived in would put pamplets together for when you moved in, telling you about local school information. Dont expect anything more from this complex than their greedy, dirty hands out when rent is due. I have enjoyed living here for the most part till now.

one more thing... months ago I had the mantainence man banging on my door at 11:00 at night cause the people below me had a small leak in their bathroom. but I cant get someone to come add freon to a damn air conditioner. Most people that work here.. live here. Their air conditioner would be fixed... right away.

I have seen the Bedford Crime scene unit here i think 3 times!

Pools seem to be always filthy or closed.

My front porch is a serious safety issue. I live upstairs and the stairs are no longer attached to the siding. If my 4 year old hurts himself, and they will have a serious problem from me. Huge crack in concrete, It looks like the stairs are not going to be attached to the porch much longer.

Well dear get used to it. Even with the new managment, They still suck. I have had peopl park in my reserved spot they cant do anything. People leave notes on my car telling me i am in there spot when its mine, they can do nothing. I even had one lady's dog try to bite my 4 y/o the dog was off its leash and they can do nothing. But i get a note on my dog for kicking the dog to protect my child.

Yep!!! That sounds about right. It took management 48 hours to fix my a/c when I lived there. Hang in there it might be awhile!!!!!
