I had to quickly find a place and did not see these reviews until a few days after i moved in. I only checked for complaints online because of how incompetent the leasing staff was being nly after 3 days! There are too many issues to even begin to explain...and that was just in 3 LONG months time. I moved out as soon as possible. I felt very unsafe as the police were always on the property. check crimereports.com and put the address and see for yourself.
The office staff were unorganized, irresponsible, unresponsive and dishonest. One leasing agent in particular, hardly spoke english and absolutely screwed up EVERYTHING she touched. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that they have a fenced in dog run. Which was nice, unless it was being used as a pet sitter with an unleashed dog left alone. (It happened alot)! They look nice from the outside, with the trees and new landscaping but DON'T LET THAT FOOL YOU! Not ONE resident I spoke to over the 3 months was happy. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking!

That's funny. I have been here almost 2 months and I am glad to say I haven't see the police here. I thought the office staff that I talked to were professional, courtous & friendly. However, maintenance is a very different story. For one thing, I have been waiting almost the whole 2 months to get an item repaired or replaced. I don't know what it is going to take to get it done. Everything else about the complex that I have seen seems to be ok, except some pot holes in the parking lot or drive.

i moved in may 08 and i love it. the police weren't around for a while til we had a crazy neighbor bringing the police to our block everyday!!! office people are okay. and maintence is good to us!! we just signed a new lease
