Hey, no place is perfect but I dont know what half these people are talking about. The police/sheriff are around patroling this property every week, so anyone saying they wont come here is lying! GREAT If you have kids. The facilities here are great. Playground, basketball area, school next door (both public and private), plenty of room to skateboard and things. Having the school next door without even having to cross the street is priceless!

The (four!) pools are not closed every other day. But what I did find is they would forget to unlock the back gates to some of the pools so they would "appear" closed but the other gate would be open. Office staff have always been pretty good but the person they promoted to manager is kind of a flake. Office is open 7 days a week. Put your requests in writing to get quicker attention. Rents here are very reasonable. Ditto for utilities.

Parking is great! A free assigned covered parking spot is included with every unit. Plenty of visitor parking too. I love my 2 BR 1 1/2 bathroom layout. THe units are HUGE and great value. I live in the older Phase 1 area. Sure it shows its age a little bit but in ways that is good because newer complexes are smaller and cheaper-made. Exercise room is decent. Also the washrooms appear adequate (I have my own machines). I also like it that it is close enough to the freeway to be convenient, but without the noise and risk of a fast road outside your front door.

A side note, mail delivery here is great!! It is here by 1pm most days. Also a plus/minus is the Trinity HS football stadium is next door, so some evenings you can hear the noise but I dont mind. Its convenient if you want to see the game! That said, I never had an issue with noise at home. No problems outside at night. Nothing more than expected with shared walls. Right now I have no upstairs neighbor so thats nice, but even before that it wasnt anything more than the occasional music, vacuuming, or going in or out.

Downside is maintenance is slow, and it depends on who services you if it is done right the first time. SOme of the guys are good, some need ...err...experience. Also pets are allowed (they are everywhere here!) and their owners do not clean up after them so you have to watch your step.

I dont know what else to say. I think they must have made some improvements since some of those other people lived here (I know they put the playground in recently). All in all, I like this place and I will keep staying here as long as possible (as long as it proves economical).

I agree; ask the cops or a real tenant. I had to stop using the workout room because the AC never worked. The machines are in bad shape and even some of the free weights have been stolen. There's a public bathroom next to the weight room with a big square window right in the door, which I've always thought was weird. No ability to pay rent with credit or debit cards. Just not a lot of the amenities you'd expect, and trust me -- the units are far from huge and have little to no noise insulation.

I guess you dont call everyone who lives here, myself included, real? So real that many of us are renewing our leases? They have new machines, and a lot of newer stuff. I get way more amenities here than I did for a tiny, expensive place across town. You are way out of touch and not real.
