It seems that only negative experiences are posted here when someone does not get what they want. This site should also be used to compliment the Oak Creek Management when we are happy about our service. I have lived here since August of 2008 and at first was a little shaky, but time and management in the office has changed. It seems that the office staff they have now cares more about us, the residents. If I have something that needs to be taken care of, they are right on top of it. Maybe not the same day I report the work order but in a timely manner. I am in a two bedroom on the first floor and the apartments were built in the late 80's so they are not going to be perfect but they are well maintained to best they can be it seems. My apartment is very spacious with two full bath rooms and a seprate dining area for my table. I have two sliding doors that go to my patio with extra storage for my boxes. One thing I love my neighbors. They are friendly and look out for one another, which makes it more like a community than just an apartment complex. I have a dog and the management has a dog run where I can let her run without a leash because it is fenced in. They also provide little doggy bags for me to pick up after her when we are walking. There are 4 pools and they do not charge me to park my car under my assigned covered space. I have also rented their clubroom for my niece's birthday party. Just please take into consideration that if you are reading this and looking for a new home that Oak Creek is not all that bad, again nobody is perfect but the new staff seems to really care about this place.
