The people in the office do not care about their tenants needs. For example, I started seeing ants and called to get them to come and exterminate. The deadline passed, and no one came. When I phoned in wanting an explanation, they said they forgot to put us down on the list. From here I was quite agitated, and told them to make sure we were on the list. The next time came around, and still no one. This time when I called, they gave me the excuse the my apartment number was written down wrong, they put down 901, instead of 910. Thats right, I live in apartment 910. The grounds around here completely suck, there was work being done in the parking lot, for over 2 months. They left a big gaping hole in the middle of the road for that long. The laundry facilities are a joke. You can forget about dry clothes because the dryers do not dry your clothes, no matter how much money you put in.
