i recently got my car towed in parking spot designated for that reason. visitor parking spots are in the rear of the complex,w/ no lighting. I tried to reason w/ the manager about how important it was to keep the tenants satisfied and he explaind to me that it did not matter that rules or rules. The total cost for my car was 203.00, not even worth the pot hole parking lot it was parked in.
