they will cheat you out of your deposit regardless of your lease. I gave them 30 days written notice, and I have yet to see my deposit and or response to my request. It has been since 2-2006. Please also note that Bedford Police Department has to patrol every night due to the high drug sales and use. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!!!

I haven't been able to approach management with any issues concerning maintenance or accounting questions. They are rude and try to over collect at every chance they can. I am still trying to get my billing and payment history corrected. Forget the face to face "can you go over this with me, so I might understand" those are words for seem to put management in defense mode. I don't rent there to be treated like a child. They even have the nerve to include an absurd dress code in their lease.
Next request is in writing and if that doesn't work I will retain a lawyer.
