If you're willing to save on the cost of rent

I've lived here for a year and will be vacating next month. It's somewhat decent if you're looking for good space and low rent. I had a problem with DJ who was the leasing agent at the time - she deposited my check a week before after I gave her written notice not to, due my father passing and I went out of town...This created kaos with my bank and she agreed to waive the late fees if I took care of my overdraft totalling $270. Come to find they charged me $700 in late fees and she acted like she knew nothing of it. It took me 10days to pay these fees, plus my rent of some $650 for one month. I paid the $1400 before the end of the month, but I got screwed big time. I have never been late before that or after that either. The electrical is horrible, my kids get shocked all the time, the air conditioning is poor and I've been paying huge electric bills. There are many roaches and ants everywhere and I've complained though nothing has been done about it. All other maintenance issues are usually addressed very quickly though and I really don't have any problems with the rest of the managing staff. However, I am moving to a more updated unit without the issues I mentioned. You just have to be willing to compromise if you want to save some costs of high rent. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
