I almost made the mistake of moving to this bug infested place, I am glad I read the reviews and changed my mind in time! My husband and I recently moved here from out of state. We were looking for something pretty reasonable in price, then we found this place online. I am an Apartment Manager myself, so I should have read the reviews before I put my app. in, but we were short on time, so went ahead and applied here. Long story short, I faxed my app., and sent app. fee. THEN I read the reviews that same day, I also called the local police station to see about the crime in this complex. Needless to say, I heard nothing but bad things. I immediately called the office and told them I did'nt want to apply anymore. They said ok, and told me they would refund my application fee. Well this was over three months ago, and still nothing. I know it's not alot of money, but it's the pricipal. This is very bad buisiness! Being an Apartment Manager, in this situation I would refund the money. THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THEM TO USE MY APPLICATION FEE, THEY KNEW BEFORE THEY EVEN GOT MY MONEY I WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! READ THE REVIEWS AND HEED THE WARNINGS.

I'm the one who posted my review on 6/30/08. I moved out at the end of November, and they said that we had to make sure that the apartment was spotless and everything repaired before we moved out, or they would apply really huge fees that will be taken out of the security deposit. I anxiously waited about a month for the check that was supposed to be the security deposit refund of $250. LUCKILY, they sent the whole thing...first thing they've done right. I took pictures of my apartment before I left in case they were going to try to say that it was left a mess and damaged. I wouldn't put it past them to do that to someone.
