i have lived in the apartment for 3 years. I have had my records of payments changed;
charged for general maintence; lied to; they have tried to intimate me. They have never offer to clean the carpets or even do so when asked to do it. The one time i did finially got them to clean my carpet after begein here for 2 yrs. They left it with big yellow streaks and very very sticky all over. They have told me that i owe them money and when in reality that they owed me. I have never had a problem with the maintence men. I have never been treated as if i was a child who never learned a thing. they try to tell you that no mater what you say you are wrong. They will make the records read what they want and not what they really are. They wont let you lift the blinds in your apartments with out charging you fifty dollars. If the maintence men cant get in (which they have a key) they will charge you $50. They know when you work and they will send letter and notice to you only after you leave and they leave them for everyone to read outside your door and they mark them that they have put them on the inside of your apt. They say they hand deliver them to the resident of the apt. None of this is true.

They pick on some of the people who live here and the rest can do any thing they want including have junk on the patios and they charge you fifty dollars on every one else for that infraction.

The pool here is never clean and most of the summer it is closed while they clean it.

They say you can have only so many people in an apartment but then you have some in one bedroom aprtment that have 6 people in it.

In over all these apartment people in management suck.
