Do not even think about moving here! Management company sucks! My apartment flooded from upstairs and my carpet was ruined. They didn't even change the carpet out. Maintenance issues are a big problem. Decided after four months to break my lease. Before sending me a letter to let me know how much I owed, I got a call from a collection company-THEY SENT ME DIRECTLY TO COLLECTIONS! If you want major problems then go there. I moved to Shoal Creek apartments in Bedford and they are wonderful!

thye cannot just send it to a collection agency cause the collection agency wont take it if they havent gone through all the steps first!!!! which since you broke the lease you owe them and they would have to go to court and get an eviction then send you a letter and if they dont know ur new address then the only way to find you is collection agency. And that was old manager the new manager is awesoem and so is his staff!!!! The are so ready for everything!!!! the people next door to use had lived there for 6 yrs and moved because they bought a house and the leasing agent came and asked me how long it had been since they had been there and if we knew where they went and she said well we will have to go through court to get them evicted even if they are gone!!! The old managment let all her friends move in and not have to pay when new people took over there was a guy here that had been here 3 to 4 months and hadnt paid nothing on rent how would that just skip by it doesnt unless they let it..well that old managemnt since i ahve been here they have gotten new staff and new maintance and new higher up managment systme and are awesome!!!! We have new carpet new fridge new dishwasher new stove they are workin on cleaning outside area to put picnic tables and what not they had ppl that owned it that didnt care and ppl that ran it that didnt either!!!
