I moved in 3 months ago. When we first moved in the old manager had just fired and then they got a new management company that is so for getting anythin fixed!!!! From what i know about the older manager is that her friends where living here and she aloud anyone to move in and rent didnt have to be paid on time. people below me even knew her from another apt complex and said she was the same. Since i have been here i have seen 1 bug and anytime anythin is wrong they come out an fix it asap even on off days!!! The staff is AWESOME here and i would say yes to moving here!!! When we moved in we had brand new carpet, fridge and about to get a new stove, diswasher and washer. The staff is very nice and are great the maitamnce is really good and friendly!!!! There are all new people at this place now and all the old renters are gone now!!!! Since i have lived here there has been cops once but that is in every apt. To the above if you had worked here then why didnt u try to change it sure doesnt seem like you cared what was goin on cause now if managment has to come out then they question if u should be here or not!!!! I love living here and everything!!! My neighbors are awesome staff is great!!!! i mean every morning there is someone outside cleaning trash!!! Every building has there turn of getting sprayed for there month and staff is always walking area and wanting to know how everything is. How is any of this the same as the above person said....Yes it may take time to get to stuff but when they say they will do it they do!!!!!

This has to be the manager doing the review again. Sarah, you are hilarious. Willing to get everything fixed, ha, that is great. It is the worst property I have seen in along time. Stop posting positive comments about your sorry community. I lived there for four monthes, and I had to get out of there. I was stolen from by the maintenance man and verbally assaulted by the leasing "professional." The place is infested with roaches, and nothing works right. Good luck to anyone who decides to live there. I am a leasing consultant myself, and believe me, this isn't a place to live. Especially if you have kids. Not safe. Cops are always there.
