I am having a great deal of trouble getting any repairs done on my apartment.
I asked for a new thermostat for two months and was told it would be done at least
10 times and no one came to replace it. I finally went and purchased my own
programable thermostat and had it intstalled. It is working but the heat is not.
When I removed the old thermostat it was covered with roach droppings which may
be a good reason why it did not function.

Again I have asked for repairs and no response. I am waking up to a very cold
apt every morning. A cold or worse will be my next problem.

I want to lodge a complaint with the owner of this property and I want to know
who the owner is of this property.

I have read other review of the this property and many of them are simply false by
the treatment I have experienced. My rent is paid every month and on time or early
and this is unexceptable.

I will say that the management team here is nice but that does not get a job done
in a timely manner.

I have lived in apartments for 12 years and I have never had this problem. This is
only one of many.

Well let's see I have just read this review and frankly I am not sure why this person would write something like this. I have lived here for 8 years and I have never had any issues like this. I also have my work orders done if not the same day, then within the same week. I mean the maintenance guy is only 1 person and he is very busy he do tons of work on this property. I see him fixing the driveway and fixing the lights to make sure that everyone is safe. Maybe if this person is really unhappy, they should talk to the leasing office. They are very concerned always with everything that goes on here. They will get it handled. I am sure that maybe you did not tell them right when your thermostat went out, they would have been right over. And keep in mind, these apartments are old and we do live in Texas, roaches are everywhere. They will never be completely gone. But pest control does come I think like everyother week, just let them know and they will tell the to do your apartment. Just communicate with them.
