I know there are some mixed reviews here, but really, for everyone who has written a review and has lived here for more that 7 years, let's think about this for a minute. Is this community not SO much better than it use to be' I think so I have lived here for 12 years as well and to tell you the truth, the (new) well they are not so new anymore, but they have been here longer than anyone so far, is SO much better. The last person that wrote said it seemed like they are understaffed, I don't think she meant understaffed, I think she meant they are busy. They do everything. They try to get it all done. When you have a problem in your apartment, they get it done, unless something has to be ordered, which is rare and if it does, they are back if not the next day, within two days. We alwasys see the manager walking the grounds and the office staff is always so nice. Yes, the buildings are old, I think they were built in the early 80's. But they did just get NEW roofs. Which should help with the electric bills in the summer. I mean we do live in Texas for cryin out loud. IT'S HOT here. So to let it be known, Shenandoah is great and I do know the same people have worked here for over a year now. That's nice to know. And it is quiet.

You must be the manager!! I still live here (unfortunetly) and I can't wait for my lease to be up. Buildings are extremelly OLD!!! Maintenance is horrible. They rent me an apartment knowing that a few years ago was flooded and happened again with me. I lost almost everything. Oh well... just come live here to try this fantastic place.

Lies, lies, and more lies. How could you live there for seven years. You must really not care about where you lay your head. I could only make it at this property for four monthes and had to get out. This must be the manager Sarah. Maintenance is a joke there. They will come in and look at something that is obviously messed up, and tell you that it is okay. Yeah, come try the place out and see what you think. Just drive through, it will give you a general idea. I guarantee you will probably see the Bedford Police Department while you are there.
