I think getting rid of the manager was the best thing for the community she was always telling residents abou other residents buisness and she is trying to give oral or sleep with all of the men here and I know this from experiance.and every one moving out is because they can't pay there rent. I think it is great the complex is cleaning house.this is going to be a great place to live.it already is but its going to be that much better.and as far as the leasing agent she has always been wonderful when I have needed something. And you have to admit even on her worst days she looks a hell of a lot better than the manager they let go.

FYI, the manager was not let go, she resigned. So I'll tell you what, why don't you get your facts straight before you start talking ----!!! You are probaly the leasing agent, TONI, now let me just say, you can't even rent an apartment. And the people that moved and are moving is because of the leasing agent. Only 5 people were evicted for not being able to pay rent. You can't possibly say that your 48 vacant apartment after the manager left, was because they were evicted. NICE try. Yea, thay are clening up only because the owner is right in the middle of all the everday business of his property. But, keep your eyes open, there will be more changes that you know. The Leasing Agent e hthere now which is Toni, but you already know that, has the personality of a rock. A smile says a thousand words. And she can't even smile because she hates people. She has even said that to other tenants. Keep on slander the manager or just put in writing it called Libel and someone will be held accountable. The only reason she has said what she said about the previous manager, is to make herself feel better. So why don't you put your name on this bs site for apartments, instead of being anonymous. Stupid. The damn maintenance guys can't even pick up the property. It always looks like crap. And as far as sleeping around goes, she dated one guy who moved there after they were dating so he could be closer to her. And yea I'm sure she has given you everything you have ever wanted, I think that is what ex stripper do, they never change. Let it go mister or lady, move on, this property will NEVER CHANGE, it is only going down hill and the owner is not happy just ask maintenance, they love to be vocal about stuff going on with the property. I agree with the response above in the aspect that before we moved out (and we moved before the old manager left the property) anytime that we needed anything done or fixed we would have to go to the manager because the young lady that's in charge now, would NEVER get the request written, nor would she put any interest in helping us or anyone else that I know of. Then when confronted with the situation she would lie about it. I know she would lie because I would ask to see the carbon papers where the request were written and they were never done. Also the guys who worked on the property will tell you that they never know whats going on until the resident has totally gripped so much at her that when they go to the residents apartment to fix something, they are the ones that feel the wrath. We have a house now but I will say this, if the old manager was still there I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, but with the leasing agent that they have now, I would not put people I don't like in that kind of hell...
