This place is so beautiful especially the creek area. The staff really makes sure the grounds are kept clean. The resident parties that they have are a lot of fun as wellwon $100 to Target at one of the parties. For the price I pay $650 for a one bedroom, I get a lot more than just my apartment. If they had a life long lease term I would definitely sign it. I never have to worry when I call in a maintenance request because they all know me and are very friendly especially Teno. I think you should live here, too.

Glad you liked things when you posted this notice, as things have really changed. Tino and all of the great staff from CWS Properties left and Colonial Properties purchased the property and it has lost its wonderfulness. Yes, a nice property, but not being cared for and people do not matter any longer!
