First in response to "buy a hose with your money" I have lived here over a year now. The gates were broken at one time due to lightning and one time there were some bugs being worked out when they upgrading entry systems (remotes instead of cards). How do I know this' The wonderful staff sent numerous memos and newsletters explaining what was going on.

Any issue that I have had whether it be maintenance or otherwise has been taken care of promptly.

The staff is very friendly.

In response to some of the other reviews.
My electric bill has been the same when it is summer it goes up (whose doesn't). Water bill has been consistent.

If you want to find an apartment to party all night, make a bunch of noise, and have no respect for your neighbor. I wouldn't look here.

If you are looking for a place with a wonderful staff, great residents, and a perfect place to walk your dog (or yourself) every evening come here.
