The wool was pulled over my eyes when I signed the rental agreement form. I was a sheep being lead to my slaughter. Moving to Shoal Creek was one of the poorest (if not the worst) decisions of my life. I see no motivation from the office staff to make things better and the service is lacking.

They have opened the floodgates to market to low-class people who are more appropriate for trailer parks than luxury communities. They black-list responsible tenants who attempt to work with them to make this community better. This is being done because I (and others) expect them to work for their money instead of partake of their usual conversations about hair color, liposuction, their chic cars, and breast implants.

There was an armed robbery here a few months ago. Instead of fix the gaping holes in security, they sent out a note saying that security is the responsibility of the residents. The courtesy officer is rarely available and is supposedly going around the property in plain clothes on foot - why not give the guy a uniform and one of the several golf carts to make the guy a better deterent by being visible' For that matter, when the office girls are sitting around (which is a lot), put them in those carts and have them out looking around the property for ways to improve the place.

This place is on the 3rd manager in a matter of months. It went from a two-faced person to an incompetent person to the person that is in there now that has yet to be determined. At least the current manager can make it into the office on the weekends, something that was not the case for years. Maybe that is a good sign that she's going to be kicking some butts into gear and start making some things happen for the better. I cannot say if I care to be around to see for myself.
