Over-crowded and poorly-designed parking. VERY noisy. Unsafe (theft, assault, robbery, burglary, hit & runs... you name it). Not at all energry efficient. Office staff can be 2-faced and the asst. mgr. is a drama queen.

The maintenance staff is the best part, but I suspect the lead maint. guy may be as bad as the office chirpies.

Bottom line: this place is NOT as exclusive as it makes itself out to be. Take the time to find somewhere better. When my lease is up, that's what I'm doing.
