So the property was taken over by Colonial Properties Trust. Will it get any better, or will it get worse' Hard to tell, since the new manager that came in with CPT used to manage what is listed on the Apartment Ratings site as 'Burney Oaks Apartments' in Arlington, TX. After reviewing the ratings on that complex under her leadership, I hope the increasing crime was a geographical issue and not due to her management style.

Go look up 'Burney Oaks Apartments' (currently 'Colonial Village at North Arlington') and ask yourself if the problems there will translate over to Shoal Creek.
