Ever since the new management company took over - there have been numerous problems with the apartments. I have lived here for 3 years and can not believe what I am seeing or hearing. Fecal matter in the mailbox area for 3 days with the office being notified the day it was recognized and nothing was done to clean it up. A used condom on the floor of the mens bathroom for 3 days and the office being told by numerous people to clean it up. Refusing to put toilet paper in the restroom by the work out room. A broken security gate for 2 weeks with yellow caution tape - who would want to rent from here'
