I have lived at Shoal Creek for about 6 months now and have always felt very safe here. While the apartments don't offer as much storage space as I would like, the units are very well kept and clean. The grounds are also kept clean even with all of the dogs that are in this complex.
My husband and I have only encountered one bug in our apartment the entire time we've lived here. Nothing in our apartment has ever broke, so I can't comment about how quickly repairs are made.
The management has been nothing but helpful and polite to us and since we've moved here they've even thrown a couple of community events which were poorly attended, but fun!
The only problems I really see with Shoal Creek are that the security gates never seem to be working, thus making them kind of pointless and that the apartments are a bit overpriced.
My husband and I love going to Dallas got tired of the 25 mile drive to Dallas, so that's why we are moving out. But if anyone wants to stay in Bedford, I'd highly recommend Shoal Creek.
