I fell in love with this apartment when I first saw it. I also told the management that the apartments I was in before had a great managment but not a great property and I was looking for the whole package. I should have read the apartment ratings comments and believed what it said. This is the WORST MANAGEMENT I have ever encountered in apartments, restraunts and in retail. They DONT care about you and your home and any concerns you may have. The property is beautiful but the management is horrible.

Oh, they will give you a concerned face when you speak to them, but unless you force them to do what needs to be done, it will not be done. They are all just corporate puppets doing as they are told, and the good people do not stay. Avoid all Colonial Properties!!
