I feel like I live in an ashtray, cigarette buts in walkways, right ouside the doors to the apartments, a real mess off patios! Very little is done to maintain the once beautiful grounds. Bushes are not trimmed, mud patches with weeds instead of nice plantings. Alot of broken sprinkler heads which wastes a ton of water. The new management is HORRIBLE!!! Very, Very little care is placed on a happy well maintained community. The prior management was wonderful! They took care of the appearance of the apartments, listened to concerns and acted upon them.

No longer provide pest control. Not only do you get to live with slobs but bugs also.

I agree with you about the grounds and management, being horrible in this place! I thought we had the pest people come and spray in our houses back in April...

You have to ask the pests knowned as Colonial Property "management" (term used loosely) for proper pest control. As for the cigarette butts, that is the fault of the individual(s) not careing about anyone except themselves. Try to determine who they are, collect the butts and throw them on their doorstep, and the problem should stop! The bigger problem is the butts that cal themselves property managers!!
