There has been a lot of talk about things changing for the better at this place. All it's been has talk with hardly anything to back it up. It's pathetic to see so many amenities in a state of disrepair for so many months (as in, several months).

They talk about how energy efficient the apartments are, but it is so drafty. I've spent more money than I care to discuss on caulking up all the gaps around the windows and patio door. I asked them to resolve it. They said they would, then said they wouldn't. Things they do try to fix have often required multiple visits.

I have to pay for their cable service but the box on the building us wide open and it's one rainy season or mischievous kid away from having a bad picture or no picture. I've asked about this since they first started to make us pay and nothing has ever been done. It's ugly and unprofessional.

Other ugly things include the need to repaint the buildings.

Other things I read on here do make me think that they stop caring about you once you sign the lease. That the customers are the ones that they can sign to a lease. Not the people that are already residents. As more time passes with all these unresolved issues, I think it might be true.

it looks like they are getting around to some things, but it's taken so long that I think people have forgotten what a nice place this could be. why have they stopped with the winter grass and stopped with planting things in places other than at the office? it used to look nice here all year long.
